Baked BBQ Ribs
Hey, hey friends! I recently made some ribs in the oven and I have to say I was impressed. I think I had some bougie idea that ribs can only be made on the grill, and if you made them any other way, either by precooking or baking then you don’t know what you are doing. Boy, was I wrong. Also, before you come for me, be patient with me I am learning, okay? The first time I made them my husband was so impressed, he called me from work to tell me they were so good and tender. He made sure to purchase more ribs so that I could make them again. When I decided to make them I called to ask him what sides he wanted, his response was, “who cares, I’m just glad you are making those ribs again” lol!!
