I Have To Do Better
Hey there!
I have been absent from blogging, due to being ill. But, I am trying to get back at it. My entire house was ill, so caring for them, and us all getting better was a top priority. But, I digress.
The purpose of creating this blog was to share my own food journey’s through, cooking, recipes and my own food experiences. I have no idea how this is going to unfold. It is all trial and error at this point. I have a journal with goals and recipes written out, check. I have a plan for posting videos to social media, check. Daily affirmations, check. Watch tons of cooking shows, read recipe mags. Have fun, check, check, and check.
Sitting here trying to figure out what the hell to blog about, and drawing a blank, also check.
This blog will not have a recipe attached with every blog entry. Because, it is also going to be my diary. Oh, there will be plenty of food, and recipes but not every time. I don’t know if that is how this supposed to go but, again, what do I know?
What I know is I have to do better. I have to post more here, because I want to create a consistency. I may never get followers here, or people may not see these blogs at all, and I am ok with that. But for me, it is important that I stay consistent in my posting so that it becomes a habit. I enjoy leaving my thoughts here because it allows me to open up, which is not the easiest thing for me. So not knowing if there is an audience, or people watching, I get to be myself here. So I will be better, I will post more here. I have upcoming recipes to share. Videos I have already created and posted that I need to post recipes for.
